This policy explains what information I collect through getfloridainsured.com, how I use it, and the choices you have. I am Luis Sanchez, a Florida-licensed insurance agent (License No. G249807) based in Miami, Florida. In this policy, “I” and “me” mean Luis Sanchez.

Information I collect

• What you give me on the quote form: your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, the coverage you want, what your business does, and any notes you add.
• Messages you send me by phone, text, WhatsApp or email.
• Basic technical data such as your browser, device type and the pages you visit, collected through privacy-friendly analytics (see “Analytics” below).

Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, or health information through the form. I will ask for anything I need through a secure channel later.

How I use your information

• To contact you about the coverage you asked about.
• To request quotes from insurance carriers on your behalf and help you compare options.
• To keep the records that Florida insurance rules require, and to improve this website.

Who sees your information

I never sell your information, and I do not use it for advertising. I share it only as needed to serve you:

• Insurance carriers I work with, such as Simply Business and Coterie, so they can prepare quotes.
• Service providers that help me run this site and receive your request, such as Cloudflare (website hosting, security and email forwarding), Google (spreadsheet and email used to receive and store requests) and Brevo (email delivery). They may only use the information to provide their service to me.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

Texting and calls

If you give me your phone number, you agree that I may contact you by phone call, text message or email about insurance. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of buying insurance.

Analytics and cookies

I use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. This site does not use advertising pixels.

How long I keep it

I keep requests and client records as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and recordkeeping requirements, then delete them.

Security

I use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or storage service is completely secure, so I cannot promise absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask me to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or stop contacting you, by writing to info@getfloridainsured.com or calling (786) 505-7207.

Children

This site is for adults and is not directed to children under 18.

Changes

If I change this policy I will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
